Business can strengthen the communities it depends on.
Social purpose has been part of our work from the beginning. Through NovaStella, we’re continuing that commitment by investing time, resources and funding in the communities around us.
Our first initiative is the Deborah Ann Angel Fund, created to support established small businesses in the Columbia Gorge that contribute to the well-being of our community.
Growth has a larger context.
NovaStella works with business leaders on growth, opportunity and what comes next. We also believe businesses have a role to play in the places where they operate.
For us, that means making a direct commitment to the community we call home.
The Deborah Ann Angel Fund is one expression of that commitment. Over time, this space will be home to the other ways NovaStella puts its social purpose into practice.

Supporting Columbia Gorge businesses that strengthen the communities around them.
The fund provides grants to established small businesses based in Klickitat, Skamania, Sherman, Hood River and Wasco counties.
We are especially interested in businesses that contribute to the quality of life in our community alongside the products and services they provide.
