Beset, SPC, doing business as NovaStella (“NovaStella,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through novastellagroup.com.

Information we collect

When you complete a survey, quiz, or form, we collect the information you choose to provide. Contact inquiries include first name, last name, company if provided, email address, and a message. Surveys and quizzes may also include title, department, answers, and results. Hosting services receive technical information such as network address, browser, device, and request details. The live site’s hosting-managed visitor analytics also collects page-view, referring-page, and device information.

How we use information

We use submitted information to prepare for client conversations or sessions, understand potential needs, respond to requests, provide requested results, maintain records, and protect the website from misuse. Contact messages are sent to briea@novastellagroup.com through Lovable’s managed transactional email service; the contact form does not create a submission record in the website database. Survey and quiz responses are saved privately in Lovable Cloud and notifications are sent to NovaStella. Survey, quiz, and contact forms do not subscribe you to marketing. If you choose to sign up on the homepage to be notified about new stories, we save your first and last name, optional company, email address, and sign-up date privately in Lovable Cloud and use them only to email you about new stories. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing briea@novastellagroup.com.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Service providers process information to host, secure, operate, store responses, or deliver email from the website. These services include Lovable hosting, Lovable Cloud, managed email delivery, and hosting security services. We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so or when required to comply with law, protect rights, or prevent harm. Service providers may process information outside your country; specific processing locations and retention terms remain subject to provider and business review.

Cookies, browser storage, and visitor analytics

The live website uses hosting cookies __dpl and __cf_bm. The hosting service also injects a visitor analytics script that sends page-view requests and sets a session-id cookie with a 30-minute lifetime. This hosting-managed analytics is not governed by the website’s Cookie Preferences control; it requires a separate publishing setting. We do not use app-managed advertising pixels, remarketing, session recording, or heatmaps.

Cookie Preferences saves only your selection and an expiry in local storage for 180 days. You can reopen it from the footer to change your choice. No app-managed optional integrations are currently enabled by that choice. Survey and quiz progress is stored on your device as you use those forms; private admin sign-in uses browser local storage. The survey removes its saved draft after a successful submission; the quiz resets its saved progress when restarted. Fonts and brand assets are served by this website rather than directly from Google Fonts.

Retention and security

We retain submitted information for inquiry handling, client preparation, business records, or legal obligations. No automated retention schedule is configured for saved survey and quiz responses; soft deletion hides a survey response but does not erase it, and permanent deletion is a separate action. Contact messages may remain in NovaStella’s mailbox and delivery records. Specific retention periods require business review. We use server-side validation, abuse checks, and restricted access to saved responses, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Send a written request to the postal address below and include enough detail for us to identify the submission.

Children and external services

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Links to external services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
