Briea O'Duinn, interim and fractional Chief Growth Officer / Chief Innovation Officer

Briea serves as an interim and fractional Chief Growth Officer and Chief Innovation Officer for leadership teams navigating their next stage of growth. She is also the founder and CEO of NovaStella Group, the advisory firm through which she takes on board advisory roles, interim executive assignments, and focused growth engagements. She has spent two decades in growth strategy, technology adoption, and entrepreneurship, including 14 years building and leading A·VIBE, a custom web software firm serving Fortune 100 and government clients including NASA.

She has served on CRKT's Board of Advisors since 2021 and completed a term as the company's interim Chief Innovation Officer, where she led AI pilots across multiple departments and trained department leaders to use the tools directly. She also serves as Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents Organization.

Briea is especially effective in the “gray zone,” the stage where a decision carries genuine risk and no clear precedent. She pairs that judgment with experience in conflict resolution and change management, ensuring the people side of a transition receives as much attention as the strategy itself.
